Our signature strawberry parfait returns on January 15th to add a dollop of sweetness to the start of 2026. Delectably sweet local strawberries are complimented by the tartness of raspberries, rich chocolate, and bittersweet cacao nibs, all set between mouth-watering layers of cream, sorbet, and mousse.
旬真っ盛りの苺で仕立てる特製パフェが、今年も1月15日より登場します。糖度が高い京都産「おいCベリー」をはじめ、地元産のフレッシュな苺を主役に、ラズベリーの甘酸っぱさとチョコレート、カカオニブのほろ苦さとコクを添えてお届けします。濃厚な苺クリームやソルベ、ムースなど、幾重もの層からなる“大人の苺パフェ” が織りなす、豊かな味わいのハーモニーをお愉しみください。

The Bar’s cocktails have donned their spring colors a bit early, luring you with the sweet and tangy scent of ripe berries. Our Very Berry Royal mixes fresh strawberries with cranberry juice, cassis, and framboise liquor. Accented with a splash of champagne, this indulgent drink is perfect for teatime or as an aperitif. Available as a mocktail by request.
甘酸っぱい苺の香りに誘われて、The Barのカクテルも一足早く春色の装いに。フレッシュな苺の果肉と奈良産の苺「古都華」のリキュールに、クランベリージュースやカシス、フランボワーズのリキュールを重ね、華やかな“ベリー尽くし”の一杯をご用意しました。仕上げにシャンパンを注ぐと、芳醇な香りがふわりと立ち上ります。甘くフルーティーな飲み口は、ティータイムやアペリティフのおともにも。ベリーのシロップやノンアルコールワインで仕立てるモクテルもご用意いたします。
